The location of the hotel was ideal, right in the heart of the city. It was close to the metro, making it convenient to explore different areas. it was just a short walk away from the town center, with attractions like the Charles Bridge and National Theatre within a 10-minute walk. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process easy.

The hotel rooms were outdated and needed a makeover.

In this city, the hotel's location is amazing! It is very close to the centre, making it convenient to explore all the popular areas just a short walk away. there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores nearby. The hotel facilities are great, with spacious and clean rooms that have central heating and tea making facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing perfect instructions for self check-in and giving suggestions for nearby breakfast, lunch, and dinner options.

Not obvious to find.

The hotel also offers a tea and water service in the rooms, adding a nice touch to the stay. The wifi connection is reliable and the hotel offers the ability to leave luggage at check out.

The noise from outside can sometimes be heard in the rooms, suggesting that the windows may need to be changed or improved for better soundproofing.

For the price, I got great value at this hotel. The room was clean, the location was perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Koruna provided a peaceful and comfortable stay.

I was kinda surprised by the convenient location of the hotel, within walking distance of popular tourist attractions. The bed in my room was comfortable and the provided towels and toiletries were of good quality. The warm shower with decent water pressure was a much-needed relief after a long day of exploring.

They gave free water, tea, candy, earplugs, and lots of shower gels. This was a nice gesture and made me feel appreciated as a guest. the location of the hotel was excellent. It was conveniently situated near two metro stations, a tram station, and a mall. This made it easy to navigate around the city and explore the main tourist spots on foot. Lastly, the staff at the hotel, particularly the lady at the reception, were lovely and friendly. They were always ready to assist and answer any questions I had.
